For the past two years, Airport Consulting Vienna (ACV) has advised and led its long-standing customer, Kiev Catering through the search and selection process for a new international partner. Late last year, renowned catering specialist Do&Co, acquired a 51% stake in the Ukrainian airline catering company. For Kiev Catering, a long search has finally come to an end.

To help structure the deal, ACV has rendered its unique know-how of the Ukrainian and international aviation market. It was instrumental in leading the negotiations, meetings and price discussions with Do&Co’s Attila Dogudan on behalf of Mr Valeriy Gorbatyuk, owner of Kiev Catering. ACV’s manager CIS area, Yuriy Rubanov, highlights that the match with Do&Co will add substantial expertise to the Ukrainian catering business. Do&Co, in turn, will benefit from a vast untapped market potential.
