Bayanat has provided the service level agreement (SLA) team behind Abu Dhabi International Airport T3’s outstanding opening and ongoing operations.

Present around the clock, our SLA team is in charge of maintaining all of Abu Dhabi’s International Airport terminals and remote buildings. The first SLA was signed a year ago, for a six-month duration, covering only Abu Dhabi’s new T3. Bayanat’s success ensured the SLA was subsequently extended to cover all terminals and remote buildings at the airport.
