Ink Innovation, committed to gender equality, aligns with IATA’s 25by2025 initiative, aiming to transform and empower women in the aviation industry. With a distributed workforce across 18 countries, Ink prioritises diversity and inclusion, reflected in its core values.

Ink chief commercial officer Janet Richards emphasises that diversity is a fundamental principle at Ink, driving creativity, innovation, and team accomplishments. The decision to participate in the 25by2025 program underscores Ink’s dedication to fostering an inclusive future for aviation.

IATA’s 25by2025 initiative, a global campaign to enhance female representation in aviation, seeks to increase women in senior positions and under-represented areas by 25%, or a minimum of 25%, by 2025. IATA director of talent, learning, engagement, and diversity Jane Hoskisson applauds Ink’s commitment, recognising their role in making aviation more diverse and inclusive.

Highlighting encouraging results, the initiative has seen growth in female pilots and women in senior roles. Jane Hoskisson stresses the broader impact of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) on innovation, decision-making, and long-term business sustainability.

Ink reiterates its commitment to promoting diversity and gender equality, maintaining transparency in progress, and collaborating with industry leaders to achieve shared goals. Annual updates on advancements will be shared as Ink continues its journey toward a more inclusive aviation industry.
