GrayMatter has installed its sales information system at Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru (KIAB), India.

According to the airport, the system provides real-time point of sales (PoS) data integration and commercial analytics across all concessionaires for the airport’s operator, Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL).

The technology will help provide a better retail experience for passengers at the airport through the targeted positioning of products and relevant offers. It delivers data-driven business insights concerning the performance of food and beverage (F&B) outlets, retail stores and duty-free shops, as well as categories of and individual products, and customer preferences.
