FibreFENCE Flies to Dubai for AIRPORT SHOW 2022

What’s new at the Airport Show Dubai

This year, Airport Show will launch the e-Apron zone. The e-Apron zone will provide exhibitors with an opportunity to display electric and hybrid ground handling equipment and GSE.

“Reducing the carbon footprint is a key target for dnata as a world-leading air and travel services provider at 129 airports, and we expect more exhibitors will join our efforts for more sustainable operations,” said dnata UAE and Regional Business Development vice-president Raed Younes.

The airport operations have a sharp focus on reviewing the intensity of environmental impacts like carbon emissions, energy consumption, air and noise pollution, waste management, and biodiversity. They are practising innovative, unconventional, and alternative solutions and, through operational efficiency, working to drive significant sustainability.

The commitment to the development of airport infrastructure will need new technologies and innovation for improving operations and reducing their environmental footprints. According to a new study by ACI, airports need to keep modernising their infrastructure to improve sustainability and resilience if the passenger demand into the future, and net-zero carbon emissions, are to be met.

The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) says airports are getting support in their ‘green’ journey from technologies like Artificial Intelligence, IoT, and blockchain to increase their ‘green’ footprint.

What’s new with FibreFENCE

FibreFENCE has started the 2022 by forming new important partnerships and consolidating the 2021 ones. We are thrilled to take part in Airport Show Dubai in the Italian pavilion, in collaboration with ICE.

Our GRP fencing systems have been requested by several airports all over the worlds because they are full compliant with ICAO standards in terms of security and airport infrastructure design, keeping initial investment very low, and reducing maintenance costs to nearly zero. The company’s attention is also focused on environmental impact by saving energy and cutting CO₂ emissions. All of our products are designed to be easy to transport and handle.

FibreFENCE airport solutions by Fibre Net are the ideal solution for fencing off and protecting sensitive areas in airports, meeting the requirements for frangibility and radio transparency envisaged by the ICAO, EASA, and ENAC standards. The wide range of FIBREFENCE technical fences made in GFRP, currently installed in more than thirty countries worldwide, are also compatible with the most commonly used anti-intrusion systems. They are quick and easy to install, cutting maintenance cost to a minimum in the long term.

FibreFENCE boasts over 20 years of experience and production and our products are entirely made in Italy.

FIBREFENCE is a range of technical fences specifically developed by Fibre Net Spa.
