ESCO Technologies has acquired Crissair, a manufacturer of hydraulic, fuel and pneumatic system components for the aerospace industry.

With annual revenues of about $27m, Crissair supplies fluid control components for major aircraft platforms, serving both the OEM and aftermarket requirements of its prime customers.

Crissair will join PTI Technologies and VACCO Industries as part of ESCO’s filtration and fluid flow segment.

ESCO Chairman and CEO Vic Richey said that the acquisition enhanced its aerospace filtration product offering and enabled the company to broaden its industry-specific expertise.
