A Sikorsky Aerospace company, Derco Aerospace, will provide total logistics support for the Safair Operations fleet of eight L-100 aircraft.
Under the four-year contract, Derco will manage and provide all parts and repairs for Safair’s flight line and intermediate and depot-level maintenance activities supporting the L-100 fleet.
Derco will provide Safair with a fixed cost-per-flight-hour support solution and an expanded consumable consignment inventory at Safair’s Johannesburg facility.
Derco Aerospace provides aircraft spares, services and solutions to customers around the globe.
Safair, a Aergo Capital company, together with the parent company owns 65 aircraft and manage 30 others on behalf of third parties.
