Indian-based engineering services and GIS solutions firm Infotech Enterprises is in advanced talks to acquire a European aerospace services company for about $20m.

Infotech president (engineering) Krishna Bodanapu said, “We might close the deal in the next few months.”

The company has merged different streams of activity such as a strategic business initiative to form Integrated Global Aerospace practice, according to Business Line.

Infotech senior vice-president and global delivery head (aerospace) Rajendra Velagapudi said, “We are focused on expanding our breadth of services to maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) engineering support, manufacturing transition support, among others along the value chain.”
