Train the Trainer courses are designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of trainers, instructors and teachers within the field of aviation.

Entry Point North offers the following courses:

• On-the-Job Training Instructor (OJTI)
  The course provides the participants with a basic knowledge of teaching and practical methods, principles and tools to manage the interaction with the trainee during On-the-Job Training (OJT).
• OJTI Refresher
  The aim of the course is to update and reinforce the techniques and knowledge acquired on the On-the-Job Training Instructor (OJTI) course.
• Synthetic Training Device Instructor
  The course provides the participants with a basic knowledge of teaching and practical methods, principles and tools to manage the interaction with the trainees during their initial training.
• Assessor
  The course aims to provide knowledge and skills to conduct assessment of colleagues and / or students in the operational environment, define roles and handle conflicts in a professional way.
• Assessor Refresher
  The course aim is to refresh the knowledge required for the competence assessment of colleagues and / or students in the operational environment.
