Under the head of agreement (HOA), the new firm will provide MRO services and rotable support for landing gear on commercial aircraft, specifically in the Middle East region.

Sanad, a Mubadala subsidiary for spare engine and rotable leasing, will play a key role in supporting the joint venture with rotable landing gear assets.
