Israeli Aerospace Industries (IAI) and India’s Tata Group have formed a new joint venture called Nova Integrated Systems (NIS) to set up defence aerospace manufacturing facilities in India.
NIS will design, build and integrate advanced defence and aerospace systems using technology from IAI. The project will receive an initial foreign direct investment of $50m from IAI
