Nasa has awarded a $200m contract to engineering and technical services company Jacobs Technology for aerospace testing at the Ames Research Center.
Under this contract the company will play a subordinate role for aerospace tests and facilities maintenance and operations at Nasa’s Moffett Field California.

This is a two-year contract and can be extended up to five years.
Nasa said that the researchers from the Ames centre also support testing services for industry and other non-government organisations.
The subcontractors for this effort include Sierra Lobo, Ohio and Qualis, Alabama.
