All aircraft movements at an airport need to be accurately registered and, now that aircraft are equipped with mode-s transponders, AirFee can help to reduce the workload.

Using a receiver, AirFee can receive and process aircraft transponder signals around an airport. Aircraft are identified and their movement is automatically registered using an algorithm.

This data is then linked to the administration of the airport where processes such as financial transactions can take place.

The flown height profile of all aircraft will also be available, along with flown tracks for aircraft equipped with ADSB. AirFee helps to save money by reducing administrative errors and cutting labour intensive tasks. The system is also optimised to easily add additional information that cannot be obtained from transponder data, such as the pilot’s name.
