Planned to begin operations in 2017, the 8,897m² maintenance facility will feature hangar, office and back shop areas.
According to Bombardier, the centre will adopt the processes and procedures from its wholly owned service centre network worldwide.
Bombardier Business Aircraft aircraft programmes and customer services vice-president Michel Ouellette said: "We look forward to collaborating with the leaders of Tianjin to provide our customers with access to a full range of OEM maintenance services at their doorstep."
Bombardier operates four authorised service facilities in China, and regional support offices in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Singapore. The company also owns two parts depots in Beijing and Hong Kong.
