Si ATM and Croatia Control Ltd. has in October 2012 signed a contract for the Supply and Installation of ATM Radar Emergency System (ARES).
The ARES encompasses five Operational (ONL) and one Test (TST) configuration, and it will be integrated with the future ATM System as its backup. Independent ONL systems will be installed in Zagreb, Pula, Zadar, Split and Dubrovnik.
The ARES system is based on the Si ATM operational system. This ATM Radar Emergency System is the second contract won by Si ATM for back-up systems, after the Hong Kong Ultimate Fallback System (UFS) earlier in 2012.
