Surface movement radar
The GECI surface movement radar is designed to provide the most cost-effective solution for terminal traffic movement in airports of all sizes. Primary surveillance radar
GECI provides high-performance primary surveillance radar (PSR) sensor solutions to satisfy all ATC requirements. All GECI systems come as a modular design which ensures a high MTBF and low turnaround times. The antennas are constructed using the latest composite material technology or as aluminium reflectors, and can be supplied with a range of pedestal and drive options to suit individual customer requirements. The high gain and narrow azimuth beam width characteristics ensure superb target resolution in all operational environments.
Secondary surveillance radar
GECI’s monopulse secondary surveillance radar (MSSR), mode S, TCAS and ADS-B is a fully integrated, state-of-the-art system that meets ICAO annex 10, civil ATC and air defence operations requirements. It is a highly accurate, modular and flexible system that can be installed as standalone equipment by integrating with GECI’s single or dual-drive pedestal or integrated with new or existing primary surveillance radar (PSR) equipment.
Tallinn International Airport is Estonia's largest airport, located 4km south-east of Tallinn's city centre. Operated by state-owned company AS Tallinna Lennujaam, the airport handled 2.2 million passengers in 2015.
