Ink Innovation has entered a partnership with Marabu OÜ, a new leisure airline, to enhance customer experience. The travel technology company will provide Marabu with its advanced Departure Control System (DCS) and Web Check-In solutions.

Despite Marabu being a startup, the swift implementation of Ink’s DCS within two months showcases the flexibility and speed required by the airline. Marabu’s cloud-hosted DCS manages various operations, including check-in, boarding, and baggage processing. The incorporation of Ink Web Check-In facilitates online check-ins for passengers, optimising airport efficiency. Currently operational in Canary Island stations, Marabu plans further expansion across Europe in summer 2024.

Arturs Karavas of Marabu praises Ink’s DCS for its quick passenger handling and user-friendly interface. Ink expresses commitment to supporting Marabu’s growth and simplifying new airline operations.

The Ink DCS, a certified cloud-based system, ensures a connected passenger journey through its comprehensive, multi-channel platform. Marabu OÜ, founded in 2022, serves European destinations and is part of the Attestor Group, alongside sister airline Condor.
