- Dedicated Customer Support Team: our team of service professionals are trained and dedicated to resolving any issues you may encounter.
- Expert Training for Your Team: We offer hands-on training during service visits or as stand-alone sessions, helping your staff operate equipment safely and efficiently. Every participant receives a certificate upon completion of the training.
- Relocation Support: Need to move your equipment? We’ll assess, relocate, and ensure it’s properly certified at the new location.
Spare parts
TAWI supplies spare parts for all our solutions and offers installation support whenever needed. Our team is always ready to help—just contact us. As Vaculex is part of TAWI, we also provide spare parts for Vaculex solutions.
Training
TAWI offers hands-on training during service visits or as stand-alone sessions, ensuring your staff can operate equipment safely and efficiently. Additional training is always available, for example when onboarding new employees.
