The third Sukhoi Superjet-100 is undergoing a series of flight tests before it is showcased at the MAKS Airshow.

The Superjet-100 family of planes will carry 78 to 98 passengers up to a distance of 2,900–4,420km at M0.78 speed.

The third prototype has arrived at the Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company’s flight-test centre in Moscow after a one-day flight and after completing flights in far-east Russia.

The prototype performed its maiden flight on 25 July 2009.
