BAGGAGE CART SERVICES

Our baggage cart services are more than pushing carts around: our service associates collect and transport carts from high return areas to high rental areas to ensure that carts are always available to customers, providing a courteous service to the customer. If wanted by the airport, we use trolley management units which retain the trolleys and release them after payment from the customer.

LOST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

We find all lost property: in partnership with bagport, MissingX provides an on-line search service, where items which have been found by bagport are regularly added

PORTER SERVICES

Our porters are available to provide assistance in any situation: passengers can relax and enjoy their travel, while bagport takes care of their baggage. Porters can either be pre-booked or called when the passenger arrives at the airport. Our bag porters will gladly assist in checking in all baggage.

BAGGAGE STORAGE

Our baggage storage keeps belongings safe. Passengers can hand in documents, clothes, luggage and other items for storage. We even take bulky items such as children buggies, strollers, bicycles and skis, or keep items safe that are forbidden to take on the flight.

SELF SERVICE LOCKERS

Our self service lockers make life much easier. As an addition to our attended left luggage service, we offer the possibility of storage in modern storage lockers which accept both coins and credit cards.

BAGGAGE WRAPPING

Our baggage wrapping means there is no chance of smuggling or theft. The service is related to the protection and security of passengers' baggage. The wrapping protects luggage from scratches and liquid contact and additionally reduces the risk of misuse and theft for smuggling during the entire journey to a minimum.

SERVICE FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY

Our service for People with Reduced Mobility (PRM) provides a helping hand at any needed place. This service is supplied in addition to our porter services, to ensure the airport knows that our service for PRM is carried out with excellent knowledge and courtesy.

It is considered a full service that lasts from pick-up, check-in, emigration, customs and security procedures to your aircraft seat, and the other way round.
