AGC Aerospace & Defense has launched an aircraft engine leasing initiative following the closing of its first aircraft engine purchase and leaseback transaction with GE Aviation.
AGC Aerospace & Defense partner Rick Nagel said that it has built a solid and well-capitalised foundation for its engine leasing strategy, allowing the firm to focus more resources in this resurgent sector.
The programme will be marketed under the name Aircraft Logistics Group.
AGC Aerospace & Defense advisory board member Lee Beaumont said that the time is right for a robust programme such as this to be brought to the market.
