Embraer has established a new subsidiary, the Embraer China Aircraft Technical Services Company (ECA), in China to strengthen its existing customer support capability.
ECA’s business scope covers logistics, spare parts sales, and consultation services regarding technical issues and flight operations.
The subsidiary company, based in Beijing, China, anticipates an investment of $18m.
ECA was officially incorporated on 1 July 2010 and will become fully operational within a month.
