Rollertrack

Rollertrack is a versatile belt loader extension that is built into a mobile belt conveyor in order to facilitate the loading and offloading of passenger baggage and cargo in the aircraft cargo hold.

The Rollertrack conveyor reaches inside the aircraft’s bulk hold, makes the 90° turn and delivers bags to the ramp agent inside. The conveyor is installed underneath the belt on a ramp belt conveyor and can easily be pulled out or retracted as necessary by a single operator to bring the end as close as possible to the baggage in the hold. This means far less physical strain on operators than in comparable systems, as well as lower manpower requirement.

The system is ground based which means that there is no need for heavy onboard loading systems which gives huge fuel saving potential for airlines. The conveyor can be installed on various belt loaders, as the company cooperates with most major belt loader manufacturers on the market.

The Rollertrack conveyor is compatible with a range of aircraft, including the Airbus A318, A319, A320, A321, Boeing B717, B727, B737, B757 Bombardier CS100 Douglas DC9, MD80, MD90 Embraer E170’s, and E190’s.

It offers the same loading capacity as conventional belt loaders for bags, cargo, HR’s and wheelchairs.

The standard conveyor features an all-weather design and construction, a tiltable loading head, a bag counter, a message display screen, seven emergency stop buttons, easy access steps, an auto-levelling system, approach lighting, and safety shutdowns.
