"Denver International Airport has an objective to be among the most technologically-advanced airports in the world."

Most of the airlines operating at DIA will use the system, which will enable them to make collaborative decisions during times of adverse weather conditions.

Ultra Electronics claims that the software will make the airport greener by minimising the time aircrafts spend on taxiing after landing.

Data collection can be expected to become more accurate for invoicing, event analysis and forecasting unforeseen situations, as well as improve the airport’s efficiency and operational flexibility.

The software is easy to configure and addresses operational criteria such as physical constraints of the aircraft type and size, passenger convenience for connections, marketing considerations and airline and airport preferences.
