Triumph Aerostructures – Vought Aircraft Division has secured a $250m contract from Gulfstream Aerospace to provide wing structural components for the recently launched G500 and G600 business jets.

Under the contract, Triumph will build the wing structural components at its US facilities in Nashville, Tennessee, and Los Angeles, California.

The company’s Triumph Actuation Systems – Connecticut division has been selected by UTC Aerospace Systems to provide nose wheel steering system for G500 and G600 airliners.

Work on the UTC Aerospace deal will be carried out at Triumph’s facilities in Bloomfield and East Lyme, Connecticut.
