Saudi Arabia-based Sky Prime Aviation Services has selected global IT provider SITA’s latest passenger services system (PSS) to handle its new VIP flight service for premium passengers.
The new system will help Sky Prime deliver optimum customer service throughout the journey, starting from passenger booking to flight departure.
SITA has upgraded the functionality of the Horizon Passenger Management and Distribution solution to deliver a wide portfolio, including a mobile platform that allows passengers to book and manage flights directly from their smartphones and tablets.
All SITA systems are connected to one database, thereby enabling instant access to any required service.

SITA iTravel and Reservations helps passengers book and manage flights through a variety of channels, such as a call centre, website or mobile application, thereby providing a uniform experience across all platforms.
Horizon Loyalty will allow Sky Prime to deliver customised treatment to each of its VIP customers, as the system can easily connect the service’s loyalty programme with its reservations and departure systems.
SITA’s Horizon platform will ensure quick and efficient boarding and departures through the IT provider’s Departure Control Services.
In addition, Horizon Weight and Balance will support planning by centralising and streamlining Sky Prime’s operations on the ground, as well as improving safety and fuel efficiency.
Sky Prime provides several services, including consultancy, in-house maintenance and technical support, as well as aviation project and airport management.
