A light aircraft has crashed into a supermarket warehouse near Lisbon, Portugal, killing five people.
According to Portuguese emergency services, four other people sustained little injuries during the incident.

The wounded were shopping in the supermarket and were later treated for shock and smoke inhalation.
Portuguese emergency services operational commander Miguel Cruz noted that the four of the victims were aboard the plane, including a Swiss pilot and three French passengers, reported Guardian.
The fifth victim was a Portuguese truck driver, who was unloading his goods outside the supermarket when the nearby crash set the truck on fire.
Cruz further said that shortly after taking off from an aerodrome at Tires, situated around 20km from Lisbon, the Swiss-registered plane crashed into the warehouse.

The Tires aerodrome stated that the crashed plane belonged to Switzerland-based Symbios Orthopaedics, which deals with orthopaedic prosthetics, reported AFP.
Nearly 90 firefighters were deployed to extinguish the blaze.
Even though the fire was extinguished quickly, a neighbouring house got damaged in the incident.
