Germany’ Munich Airport has begun a second round of crowdsourcing with its new InnovationPilot platform.
Launched in June, the online platform seeks feedback on specific airport issues from passengers and visitors.
Data will be used by Munich Airport’s Terminal 2 operating company, a joint subsidiary of Munich Airport and Lufthansa, to improve the experience for passengers waiting at security checkpoints, gates and baggage pick-up.
Airport representatives have requested the passengers send their feedback by the end of this month.
The website has also been created to invite people to provide their suggestions and proposals on the design and implementation of various airport projects and events.
Munich Airport corporate development head Jörg Ebbighausen said: "Since the kick-off of our InnovationPilot crowdsourcing platform in June, we've been delighted with the many valuable ideas from our community and the very positive response.

The airport said that users could post their comments and participate in the discussions posted on the online InnovationPilot platform.
In April, Munich Airport launched a new satellite terminal, which saw a total of 20,000 passengers booked on 140 flights during its first day of operations.
