United Flexible Technologies Inc has signed a definitive merger agreement for the purchase of Kreisler Manufacturing Corporation, a US-based company involved in manufacturing precision metal parts for aircraft engines.

Under the deal, United Flexible Technologies will pay $1.19 per share.

Warmelin Precision Products has been acquired by Aerostar Aerospace Manufacturing, LLC, a US producer of precision machined components.

Headquartered in California, US, Warmelin Precision Products provides precision components for the aerospace industry.

Aerostar Aerospace intends to expand its business through the acquisition of Warmelin Precision Products.
