Infraero has begun work on the runway expansion project at Rio de Janeiro/Galeao-Antonio Carlos Jobim International Airport in Brazil.
The R$64.55m ($36.89m) project includes widening the runway from 45m to 60m, and expanding taxiways and aircraft systems.
