Abu Dhabi’s aviation company Falcon Aviation Services has installed US-based Rockwell Collins’ ARINC LocalCheck Local Departure Control System (L-DCS) to automate the check-in process for its fleet of helicopters and corporate jets.

The ARINC LocalCheck L-DCS provided by Rockwell Collins will automate passenger handling, thereby enabling Falcon Aviation Services to improve the efficiency of its check-in and boarding processes.

Falcon Aviation Services COO Raman Oberoi said: “Over the years, Falcon Aviation has become synonymous with safety, quality and excellent customer service.

“We have built a reputation for delivering high-quality products and innovative services to our loyal customers, and Rockwell Collins’ airport solutions are helping us deliver on that promise.”

The new solution will also facilitate the production of barcode bag tags, enabling positive identification and passenger reconciliation.
