Netherlands’s Eindhoven Airport has developed a new airport operations website, in association with the Alderstafel advisory committee.

Implemented under an agreement with Alderstafel, the website will provide accurate information about the airport, using tools such as Brüel & Kjær’s WebTrak and WebTrak MyNeighbourhood. These provide the community with information about their local airport’s complaint handling process, noise measurements, answers to frequently asked questions and a better understanding of airport operations.

The world’s first public airport operations tool WebTrak MyNeighbourhood allows the local residents to investigate noise and flight information, including long-term trends and seasonal changes.

The tool also offers certain drill down capabilities, which reveal further information about flights and noise, and also provides an easy way to lodge complaints.
