Sheremetyevo International Airport has sold Vladivostok International Airport in Russia to a consortium including Basic Element, Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and Singapore’s Changi Airports International (CAI).
The consortium will also acquire terminal operator JSC Terminal Vladivostok, subject to regulatory and corporate approvals.

The three consortium partners will each own a 33.33% stake in the airport, as well as a 52.16% of the airport’s license holder, JSC International Airport Vladivostok.
Japan-based All Nippon Airways (ANA) and LOT Polish Airlines (LOT) have expanded their code-share agreement for flights between European destinations, and a number of Japanese regions, including Sapporo, Sendai and Fukuoka.
