US-based UTC Aerospace Systems has awarded a contract to Ducommun Incorporated for the manufacture of complex electronic assemblies.

The components supplied under the contract will be used for an upgrade to the commercial aircraft braking system.

ECA Group Aerospace division has signed a deal with United Enterprise Group Limited for the distribution of its aircraft ground support equipment (GSE) and tools in Greater China.

"BOC Aviation has entered a purchase-and-leaseback agreement with Air China."

Headquartered in China, United Enterprise Group is engaged in the distribution of aircraft tooling and GSE.

BOC Aviation has entered a purchase-and-leaseback agreement with Air China for three Boeing 777-300ER and two Airbus A330-300 aircraft.

The aircraft deliveries are expected to be completed by the end of the year.

BOC Aviation currently owns a fleet of 483 aircraft.

The International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) and Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC) have signed a supplementary memorandum of understanding (MoU) to collaborate on the enhancement of global aviation safety.
