NATS has been selected to install a new voice communications and control system (VCCS) at London Luton Airport.
The VCSS will be provided with status monitoring and simulator systems, which will be repositioned at various locations around the airport.
It will replace the existing VCCS and offer 8.33kHz spacing and ED-137B EUROCAE VoIP capabilities, enabling interface connectivity with additional systems in the future.
NATS will also offer testing, training and safety management services for the VCCS system.
Virgin Australia Holdings (VAH) has announced private placement of senior notes to raise gross proceeds of $350m.
Due 2021, the notes will bear annual coupon rate of 7.875%, payable semi-annually.

The Beontra OTP forecasts passenger flow across the terminal using the data from different means including live flight updates, airlines and other sources.
It also uses latest information to update its forecast in real-time, and allows the terminal staff to manage passenger flows or any other issues efficiently.
Information technology specialist SITA has been appointed by JetBlue to provide support for its check-in and automated passport control (APC) self-service kiosks in 56 airports across the US and Caribbean.
During the three-year contract period, SITA will offer 24/7 remote and on-site services for all its equipment.
The contract also includes service level agreements (SLAs) for end-to-end support of the kiosks.
UK-based passenger airline easyJet has raised €500m ($558.49m) in a public offering of international bonds.
Due 2023, the notes bear an annual interest rate of 1.125%.
