Copenhagen Airport, Denmark has awarded a $121.2m Pier E planning and design contract to consulting group Cowi and architect firms Vilhelm Lauritzen and ZESO.

The contractual scope includes planning and designing a 22,000m² three-storey building and a support structure.

Clear Channel Airports (CCA), a division of outdoor advertising firm Clear Channel Outdoor Americas (CCOA), has secured a five-year contract to provide a comprehensive digital media network throughout General Mitchell International Airport (GMIA) in Milwaukee, US.

The contractual scope includes the installation of state-of-the-art advertising solutions, including LED video walls / signature digital assets, digital LCD network, interactive and staffed kiosks, and specialty displays.

Scheduled to launch in February 2017, the advertising programme is aimed at enhancing the travel experience of more than seven million passengers using the airport annually.
