British Airways and China Eastern Airlines have announced the signing of a new a code-share agreement.

British Airways will share its code on China Easten Airlines' flights to Kunming, Xian, Nanjing, Hangzhou, and Chongqing, while the Chinese airline will add its code to British Airways' flights to Aberdeen, Belfast City, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Bradford, Manchester, and Newcastle.

Huntington Tri-State Airport in West Virginia has been awarded $1.3m funding by the US Government to support the development of its facilities.

Financed by the Federal Government, the project will include improvements to the aircraft parking, loading, refuelling, and boarding areas.

Pascan Aviation has been acquired by Yani Gagnon and Julian Roberts, two members of its management team.

The move comes after the partners filed for creditor protection under Canada's Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) in September 2015.

Singapore Airlines has announced an extension to its code-share agreement with Turkish Airlines (Turk Hava Yollari AO).

The extended agreement will come into effect from 20 September 2016 and will allow Singapore Airlines to share its SQ code, while Turkish Airlines will share its TK code.
