A $472m firm order has been signed by Bombardier Commercial Aircraft for the sale of up to ten CRJ900 medium-haul regional aircraft to an undisclosed customer.
Based in Canada, Bombardier Aerospace designs and manufactures aviation products for aerospace and military markets. It has received a total of 428 firm orders for CRJ900 aircraft to date.
US-based space product and service provider Spaceflight Industries has obtained $18m in a Series B funding round.
Mithril Capital Management has led the funding.
Iran Air has signed a $25bn agreement with Boeing to purchase 100 aircraft of Boeing 737 and 777 new generation type.
The agreement is subject to necessary approvals by the US and Iranian Governments.
