The Tanzanian Government has placed a $62m firm order for Bombardier Q400 turboprop aircraft.

As part of the deal, Bombardier Commercial Aircraft will supply two Q400 airliners, configured with 76-seat and dual lavatories.

Orbital ATK and ECAPS AB have entered a partnership to develop a high-performance green propulsion (HPGP) system. The HPGP is intended to be used for attitude control and main propulsion.

Headquartered in Sweden, ECAPS is engaged in developing green propulsion products for satellites.

JetBlue Airways has placed an order for an additional 30 Airbus A321 aircraft, comprising 15 A321ceo and 15 A321neo models.

The additional aircraft will allow the US-based airline to expand its Mint experience service and west coast services.

Piper Aircraft has secured an order from ATP Flight School for the supply of an additional 12 Archer TX single-engine training aircraft featuring Garmin G500 glass flight display systems.
