Aviation services provider DC Aviation Al-Futtaim (DCAF) has announced the addition of a Bombardier Global 6000 and Global 5000 to its fleet.

DCAF will operate the aircraft on behalf of the private owners and provide maintenance services.

The management contracts also state that DCAF will provide full flight operational aircraft management services, continuous airworthiness management organization, hangar parking and fixed base operator handling at Al Maktoum International Airport in the UAE.

The Global 6000 aircraft has almost 17 hours of endurance and cabin space for workstations and mission equipment. It can fly a 6,000 nautical mile range and has a top speed of Mach 0.89.

The Global 5000 aircraft has over 14 hours of endurance and the longest maintenance intervals. It can fly a 5,200 nautical mile range and has a top speed of Mach 0.89.

As a result, DCAF now manages 11 aircraft, which consolidates its position as a fast-growing private and business jet operator in the Middle East.

At the start of the year, DCAF added a Bombardier Global 7500 aircraft to its managed fleet. The Global 7500 can fly 7,700 nautical mile range and has a top speed of Mach 0.935. The aircraft’s short-field performance has also been praised.
