Private aviation community JetSmarter has added new services for commercial airport passengers, including complimentary access to the Private Suite at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) in the US.
Located away from the main airport traffic, the Private Suite provides TSA and Customs and Immigration screening for commercial fliers without waiting in the queue.

The Private Suite co-founder Joshua Gausman said: “We’ve found that many of our members fly private jets on short-haul trips around the US. However, those same customers tend to utilise commercial airlines and the first-class cabin when they head overseas.
“JetSmarter is a great match for The Private Suite. Their members are searching for ultimate ease and seamless logistics, and we’ve been able to accomplish that at one of the Nation’s busiest airports.”
Passengers enter the airport through a gated entrance and are accompanied to their own suite with a stocked food pantry, private bathroom, two-person daybed, runway view and on-call attendant.
While the passenger gets refreshed in the suite, all check-in formalities are completed and luggage is hand delivered to the planeside crew.

By GlobalDataAt the time of boarding the aircraft, passengers go through private pre-flight TSA screening and are driven across the airfield directly to their waiting aircraft.
Passengers landing at LAX are received planeside and driven in a BMW card across the airfield to The Private Suite. International passengers go through Customs and Immigration in a private onsite lounge.
The service is available to passengers travelling domestically and internationally, both in and out of LAX.
