Sweden-based Scandinavian Airlines has raised Skr750m ($84.84m) through a public offering of bonds due 24 November 2022.
The bonds carry an annual coupon rate of 4.73%.
Proceeds from the offering will be used to further enhance the company’s financial flexibility to fund aircraft investments, future debt maturities and corporate purposes.
El Al Israel Airlines Ltd has entered a codeshare agreement with LOT Polish Airlines SA to strengthen the partnership between Israel and Poland.
The codeshare enables passengers buying a ticket from either of the airlines to travel in flights operated by the partner.
Finnish airline Finnair Oyj has signed a codeshare agreement with Hong Kong Dragon Airlines Ltd (operating as Cathay Dragon) to expand its network in Asia.
The codeshare will allow Finnair customers to fly in flights operated by Cathay Dragon from Hong Kong to Hanoi and Yangon in Myanmar, Danang in Vietnam, as well as Siem Reap and Phnom Penh in Cambodia.
Finnair customers will be able to access codeshare flights from Hong Kong to Kuala Lumpur starting from 11 July.
Air Niugini Limited has received approval from the Independent Consumer and Competition Commission (ICCC) to enter a code-share partnership with Fiji Airways Limited.
The deal will enable codeshare flights on the Port Moresby-Honiara-Nadi route.
Heathrow (SP) Limited subsidiary Heathrow Funding Limited has announced the private placement of sub-class B-6 and sub-class B-7 bonds to raise £75m ($100.08m) and £50.9m ($67.92m) respectively.
The sub-class B-6 bonds will pay a coupon rate of 0.347% a year until they mature in 2035, while the annual interest rate of sub-class B-7 bonds due in 2038 is 0.419%.
