Boeing has secured a $2.82bn contract from Hawaiian Airlines for the supply of ten Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners.
The contract includes purchase rights, which will enable Hawaiian Airlines to buy ten more aircraft.
The new aircraft will be used for medium and long-distance flights on new routes.
The memorandum of understanding (MoU) for the order was signed during the Paris Air Show in 2017.
Turkish Airlines has placed an order with Boeing for 25 787-9 Dreamliners for an undisclosed amount. An option to extend the order by five aircraft is included in the agreement.
Turkish Airlines intends to enhance the user experience and meet rising demand at Istanbul Airport through the introduction of the new aircraft.

CFM is also responsible for providing spare parts and to maintain the engines for ten years, under a rate per flight hour (RPFH) agreement.
South African carrier Comair has chosen to deploy Honeywell International’s cockpit technology on its Boeing 737 MAX aircraft.
The technological solutions include IntuVue RDR-4000 3D weather radar system, SmartTraffic traffic alert and collision avoidance system (TCAS), and integrated multi-mode receiver.
The IntuVue RDR-4000 3D system will offer an accurate means to detect weather conditions during flights. The systems will provide improved situational awareness to the pilots.
US-based Spaceflight Industries Inc has secured a sum of $150m through a Series C seed-funding round.
