The airline will replace its existing cargo solution with this new single tool.

The carrier has a workforce of more than 10,000 employees.
IBS senior vice president (SVP) and region head for APAC and Middle East Gautam Shekar stated: “This agreement aligns with IBS Software’s long-term strategy to further expand our presence in the exciting APAC market and help local customers modernise and add value to their cargo proposition.”
According to the vendor, its iCargo platform will offer optimally automated digital technology for more efficiency, as well as sales management opportunities.

“We expect to build up a strong partnership with IBS Software and to realise faster time-to-market for our products and services without compromising compliance of data integrity.”
