Changi Airport Group (CAG) has launched the new Safe Travel Concierge (STC) one-stop portal for passengers flying to Singapore amid Covid-19.

The new online concierge service allows passengers to book their on-arrival Covid-19 polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test and check if they have completed all the pre-travel requirements to enter the country.

It also provides easy access to the information and forms for the passengers instead of searching different websites to apply for pre-travel documents.

Passengers can add their upcoming trips after registering in an STC account.

Depending on the profile and trip details, the STC will also show a customised list of pre-travel requirements to complete before flying to Singapore.

The online concierge is designed to ease the anxiety of air travel and help passengers navigate their pre-travel requirements.

Through the new STC, travellers will also be able to access services, including the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority’s (ICA) electronic arrival card and health declaration form.

CAG airport operations management (AOM) managing director Jayson Goh said: “As we prepare for the reopening of international borders, Changi Airport continues to innovate and leverage technology to ensure a safe and pleasant traveller experience for our passengers.

“With the support of the Singapore Tourism Board, we first trialled the STC prototype at TravelRevive, the first hybrid tradeshow in Singapore.

“We are glad to launch it today for all passengers and encourage them to use it for a smoother experience at Changi Airport.”

The latest news updates related to Covid-19 will also be available on the portal.
