Vietnamese airline, Bamboo Airways, has selected IBS Software to modernize its loyalty program, aiming to provide an improved experience to over 1.6 million Bamboo Club members.

Bamboo Airways, which has flown approximately 20 million passengers since its launch in 2019, has collaborated closely with IBS Software to power its loyalty management platform, as the firm strives to provide a ‘5-star customer experience.’

The airline has established its impact in the Vietnamese travel industry by growing its Bamboo Club member base by 150% on average over the previous two years.

Doan Thi Hoa, Head of Bamboo Club at Bamboo Airways highlighted how this extended partnership helps the Airline cater to their customers:

Bamboo Airways is actively growing outside its local network to international destinations such as Europe, Asia, and Australia.

The iFly Loyalty update allows Bamboo Airways to boost member engagement and add two-factor authentication, as well as speedier integration possibilities with third-party partners, transforming the Bamboo Club into a full lifestyle programme.
