That was followed by North America, which saw a 0.9 year-on-year percentage point change in industrial automation roles.

The fastest growing country was India, which saw 4.6% of all industrial automation job adverts in the three months ending June 2021, increasing to 6.4% in the three months ending June this year.

That was followed by Hungary (up 1.8 percentage points), Germany (1.1), and Poland (1).

The top country for industrial automation roles in the airport industry is the United States which saw 70.4% of all roles advertised in the three months ending June.

Which cities and locations are the biggest hubs for industrial automation workers in the airport industry?

Some 2.9% of all airport industry industrial automation roles were advertised in Atlanta (United States) in the three months ending June.

That was followed by Budapest (Hungary) with 2.6%, Dallas (United States) with 2.2%, and Bengaluru (India) with 2%.
