Due to industry growth in South America, DAMM Cellular Systems has announced the official opening of its new branch office in São Paulo, Brazil.

Business in South America has grown steadily over the past few years thanks to an increasing demand for DAMM’s TetraFlex® solutions. DAMM has achieved a solid position within segments such as heavy industry, mining, municipalities, transportation and operator businesses.

In order to continue this progress, DAMM has decided to establish itself in the region. The newly established branch office will provide both solution support and commercial support for existing and new partners and customers throughout the region. The opening of the office in South America comes as part of a global strategy to strengthen DAMM’s local presence.

Khaled Abdel-Karim, business development director at DAMM’s HQ in Denmark states, “Moving closer to our main markets, partners and customers is a strategic step in order to enhance our services and support throughout the entire region. DAMM is determined to enhance the customer experience providing best-in-class trunked radio communication solutions, outstanding support and services and an optimised total cost of ownership compared to the competition.”

“Employees at DAMM’s São Paulo office are highly qualified within sales, marketing and technical support. The opening of the office will facilitate long-term win-win relations with partners and end-users alike and will further cement DAMM’s position in the South American market,” elaborates Kjeld Pharao, CEO of DAMM.
