The AI-powered virtual assisting platform provides information that travellers would previously have had to seek out from different sources.

Visitors receive terminal-specific information from the virtual assistant, which can be accessed directly on the STL website.

The platform answers traveller support-related questions regarding the correct baggage claim carousel for their particular flight, flight status, airline locations, gate locations and rental car information.

It also answers enquiries about the airport experience, regarding discounts, directions and parking spots.

Satisfi Labs maintains a strategic relationship with STL since 2017. The partnership extension enables the airport to provide metrics and insights about traveller needs.
