Built across more than seven acres, WIN’s first plant in Bengaluru produces hydraulic actuator parts for landing gears and engine cowl opening systems.

In January, WIN Aerospace stated that it also started making aerostructure parts manufactured at this plant. It has also carried out deliveries to Boeing.

Wipro India head of aerospace Srinivas Devareddy said: “Over the years, Wipro Aerospace has built its capability in precision actuator and aerostructure parts.

“With this expansion, we will be well-positioned for assembly and testing of actuators, as well as critical landing system structural assemblies.

The aerospace business was established by WIN to provide actuators (cylinder & piston), aerostructures, machining, sheet metal, assembly and testing solutions.
